What is it about a faceless portrait that makes it anonymous? Why are gods and mythological figures viewed idealistically? When you look at the face of a represented legend you see a symbol, but to look again at the face of the same model in portrait you dissect a person. Who makes these rules of visual and artistic evaluation? What makes us inclined to believe them? So It's been a while since I've checked in. Been pretty busy, so busy in fact that I haven't had time to process the photos I've been taking (Normally I can't wait to get them out!). I've been shaving of a little time here and a little time there trying to catch-up on everything. Then one day it hit me, an idea, a message, a concept. I had to get it done, and had to do it now! Hey I put together a new name and logo. It's a little on the cheese side but I like it.
